Business & Conference Photography

I’ve recently been commissioned for various conference days. It’s difficult with today’s currant fiscal belt tightening for companies to stretch to getting top quality coverage of these events. Too often the office camera is dragged out and the pictures, although a record of the day, really look crumby on a website or blog.

Often a client can see the logic in getting a professional photographer booked for the bigger conferences or communications days but are also looking for added value. What I often suggest is that while lunch is under way the opportunity can be taken to get some fresh head shots of the staff.

The following samples were taken at a Volker Rail communications day and were a mixture of candid, posed and studio lit headshots.
